Successfully supervise the up gradation and complete rewinding of Unit #4, 247MVA Generator at BQPS-1 under the experts of Alstom Power Italia, Italy The Generator complete re-winded at site, all Generator Stator, Rotor and Retaining Ring testing carried out at site in 2015.

247MVA Generators Major Overhauling

Supervise the major overhauling of Generator No. 1 in the year 2015, Unit# 2 in the year 2009, Unit# 3in the year 2007 and Unit #4 in the year 2008 and 2015 at BQPS-1. Stator wedges inspection/replacement, Rotor retaining ring inspection, Generator slip ring inspection and replacement, Stator, Rotor and Retaining Ring Testing. Under the supervision of Alstom Italy and Hitachi Japan Experts.

Unit- 3 ABB UNITROL 6000 STAIC EXCITAION SYSTEM SHIFTING TO Unit-6

Supervise the Up gradation, shifting, Installation, testing and commissioning of Unit 3 ABB UNITOL 6000 static Excitation system in place of U6 HITACHI Static Excitation system in 2023.

ANSALDO 6600V, 4080KW MV MOTOR

Successfully install, commissioned and tested 6.6KV, 4080KW Boiler Feed Pump Ansaldo Italy Motors at Unit #3 in the year 2010 and at unit #4 in the year 2016 at BQPS-1.

UNIT NO.5 BQPS-1 ABB D-KONTIC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

Unit # 5 ABB D-Kontic-K old system retrofit into ABB Symphony Plus 5000 I/Os based at Bin Qasim Power Station from year 2021-2022.
